Abstract

První část této práce se věnuje rešerši smart technologií aplikovatelných do rodinných domů, jejich základním funkcím a potenciálu k úsporám. Dále se snaží na modelovém objektu v podobě rodinného domu ilustrovat možnosti, které inteligentní technologie nabízejí, zvážit jejich finanční rentabilitu a navrhnout, jaké aspekty smart systémů mohou být pro uživatele atraktivní.

The first part of this thesis deals with listing and describing smart technologies, which are currently available on the market. The focus is on basic functions and potential savings. In the second part, a case study of detached house is described in order to calculate net present value and determine, whether it is reasonable to invest money in such manner, and what benefits can one pursue.
