Sanace dřevěných konstrukcí objektu v Ohrobci

Abstract

Autor této práce zkoumá konstrukční řešení sanace dřevostavby v Ohrobci, zasažené dřevokaznou houbou. Navrhuje variantní způsob řešení sanace objektu, která zajistí úspěšnou likvidaci dřevokazné houby, odstraní napadené části konstrukce a nahradí konstrukcemi novými. Zároveň se zabývá ochranou dřeva v konstrukci a navrhuje způsob likvidace provozní vody, která se případně může vyskytnout ve skladbě podlahy a ohrozit tak dřevěné prvky v konstrukci. Součástí práce jsou detaily navrhovaných konstrukčních řešení, cenové kalkulace jednotlivých sanačních variant a také harmonogramy prací. V závěru práce autor volí vhodnou variantu sanačního řešení pro daný objekt.

The author of this work investigates the construction solution for the restoration of wooden buildings in Ohrobci, affected by a wood-burning sponge. It proposes an alternative method of solving the object, which will ensure the successful disposal of the wood-destroying sponge, removes the affected parts of the structure and replaces the new constructions. At the same time, it deals with the protection of wood in the construction and suggests a way of disposing of the running water, which may occur in the floor structure and thus endanger the wooden elements in the structure. Part of the thesis includes details of proposed design solutions, price calculations of individual remediation variants and also work schedules. At the end of the thesis, the author selects a suitable solution for the given object.
