Domov se zvláštním režimem v Horních Počernicích

Abstract

Náplní této diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace objektu Domova se zvláštním režimem v Horních Počernicích. V třípodlažním objektu budou pracovníci Diakonie evangelické církve metodistické pečovat o pacienty s různými chorobami, převážně pak Alzheimerovo chorobou. Objekt je navržen v souladu se současnými normami a požadavky. Hlavní důraz je kladen na propojení jednotlivých dílčích částí podílejících se na výsledné podobě projektu, zejména zkombinování požadavků na hlavní nosnou konstrukci, obalové konstrukce, technická zařízení budov a stavební detaily tak, aby výsledný objekt plnil estetické a funkční požadavky. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří kombinace monolitického železobetonu a zdiva. Budova pomocí kamenného či dřevěného obkladu a vegetační střechy nijak nevyčnívá a neruší okolní zámecký park. Zároveň elegantně doplňuje stávající zámek. Dále je řešeno množství rozdílných skladeb podlah a stěn v rámci rozdílného využití místností včetně tepelně technických posouzení podle příslušných norem.

This diploma thesis contains project documentation of assisted living center in Horní Počernice. In this three-storey facility the members of the Diakonia of the Evangelic Methodist Church will care about patients with various diseases, mostly with Alzheimer's disease. The facility was designed in accordance with present standards and requirements. An interconnection of mutually interrelated parts that are creating the visual image of the facility was the main design priority. In order to fulfill the esthetic and functional requirements, the design of support and covering structure had to be combined with technical equipment of the facility and multiple construction details. The support structure is composed of monolithic reinforced concrete and brickwork. Thanks to a combination of stone and wooden tiling together with the vegetation roof, the facility does not disturb the surrounding environment of castle gardens. Moreover, it serves as an architectural supplement of the entire location. Variety of different floor and wall compositions were used due to a diverse utilization of rooms including thermo-technical assessment according to corresponding standards.
