Rekonstrukce Základní umělecké školy v Týništi nad Orlicí

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnou rekonstrukci Základní umělecké školy v Týništi nad Orlicí s využitím sousedního objektu na parcelním čísle 148, který dosud sloužil pro účely bydlení a navrhnout jejich vzájemné propojení. V první řadě byl zaměřen stávající stav obou objektů a následně byla zpracována dokumentace stávajícího stavu. Dále byl proveden stavebně technický průzkum, součástí kterého bylo odebrání vzorků omítky, ve kterých bylo v laboratoři Katedry konstrukcí pozemních staveb zjišťováno množství vlhkosti. Byly vytvořeny zprávy o stavebně technickém průzkumu. Dále byla vypracována studie nového využití objektu, na kterou byla vytvořena projektová dokumentace v podrobnosti pro stavební povolení včetně vybraných detailů v rozsahu dle zadání. Statickým výpočtem se posoudilo nové zdivo i navržená stropní konstrukce. Byl také vytvořen koncept TZB a následně zpracovány generely TZB.

The aim of this thesis was to design reconstruction of Basic Art School in Týniště nad Orlicí using a neighboring building at parcel number 148, which has served for the purpose of housing and to design the interconnection of these two buildings. First of all, the current condition of both objects was measured, then the documentation of the current condition was processed. After that the construction-technical survey was carried out, including the removal of plaster samples, in which the amount of moisture was measured in the laboratory of the Department of Building Structures. Reports on construction-technical survey were made. In addition, a study of the new use of the building was elaborated, for which the project documentation was made in detail for the building permit including selected details in the range according to the assignment. The new masonry and the designed ceiling structure were assessed by static calculations. The concept of technical building security was also created and subsequently processed drawings of technical building security.
