Multifunkční budova s progresivní konstrukcí

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zpracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace třípodlažní budovy s výrazným architektonickým designem. Nosná konstrukce objektu byla navržena z monolitického železobetonu. Nosné prvky zahrnují dále čtrnáct šikmých ocelových sloupů podepírajících stropní desky na třech výškových úrovních. Založení je řešeno základovými pasy pod stěnami a základovými patkami pod sloupy. Práce se zabývá i skladbou vnitřních a obalových kompletačních konstrukcí a jejich následným tepelně technickým posouzením. Pro řešení byly zvoleny lehké plovoucí podlahy, zateplení fasády provětrávaným systémem a vegetační a pochozí ploché střechy. Podrobněji byla vypracována řada stavebních detailů vybraných tak, aby byl co nejlépe upřesněn navržený stav. Celé řešení sestává z vybraných částí projektové dokumentace - výkresové dokumentace, technických zpráv a předběžného statického výpočtu.

The diploma thesis is focused on the processing of selected parts of the project documentation appertain to three-storey building with striking architectural appearance. A load-bearing structure was designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The load--bearing elements include also fourteen slanting columns. They support the floor slabs at the three height levels. The structure is based on strips and pads foundations. The thesis deals with a composition of internal and external structures. These compositions are light floating floors, a ventilated facade even green and walkable flat roofs. They have been subsequently underwent a thermal assess. A number of constructional details have been work out in more detail in order to specify the design status in the best possible way. The whole design consists of selected parts of the design documentation which means drawings, engineering reports, and the preliminary structural assessment report.
