Implementace BIM do STRABAG a.s. v pobočce Pozemního a inženýrského stavitelství na území České republiky

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh procesu implementace BIM do stavební společnosti STRABAG a.s. V teoretické části je zjednodušeně vysvětlen pojem BIM, Informační modelování staveb, možnosti jeho využití pro dodavatele staveb a definována míra jeho integrace v podniku. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu zavedení BIM v koncernu STRABAG, zejména v České republice a na Slovensku. Poté jsou detailní analýzou vnitřního prostředí pobočky STRABAG a.s. zkoumány znalosti stávajících zaměstnanců v dané problematice a dostupné softwarové vybavení. Získané poznatky jsou využity pro sestavení třech variant možného postupu implementace BIM do společnosti a k sestavení obecného postupu zavedení BIM do stavební firmy. Z navržených variant je vybrána jedna, která je dle vedení společnosti pro zavedení ve firmě nejvhodnější a bude sloužit jako podklad k podrobnější specifikaci.

The aim of this diploma thesis is design of the BIM implementation process to construction company STRABAG a.s. In the theoretical part is simply explained concept of BIM, Information Modeling, possibilities of use for contractors and define extent of its integration in business. The practical part includes an analysis of the implementation of BIM in the STRABAG Group, especially in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Then there are examined the knowledge of current employees in the given field and the available software, by the detailed analysis of the internal environment of STRABAG a.s. Gain knowledge are used to compile three variants of a possible BIM implementation process into company and to design a universal BIM implementation process for the construction company From the designed variants is chosen one which is according to the management's decision for the BIM implementation to the company best suited and it will serve as the basis for a more detailed specification.
