Energetický management měst v ČR

Abstract

Cena energie se v dlouhodobém horizontu neustále zvyšuje a výdaje za energii v rámci měst a obcí tvoří cca 10-15 % provozních výdajů. Správně zavedený energetický management vede k podstatným finančním úsporám. Diplomová práce se zabývá energetickým managementem a jeho zaváděním v rámci měst. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování hospodaření s energií měst České republiky. První část práce seznamuje s problematikou energetického managementu a dalších pojmů souvisejících s hospodařením energií. Druhá část práce je soustředěna na větší města a průzkum jejich hospodaření s energií. Výstupem této části je zhodnocení energetického managementu jak v rámci jednotlivých krajů, tak na území celé České republiky.

The price of energy is steadily rising in a long term, and the energy expenditures in the cities and municipalities is about 10-15 % of the operation cost. Properly implemented energy management leads substantial financial savings. The diploma thesis deals with the energy management and its implementation within the cities. The main aim is to map the energy management of the cities of the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis deals with energy management and the other concepts related to the energy management. Another part of the thesis is focused on the larger cities and research of their energy management. Evaluation of the energy management both within individual regions, but also the whole area of the Czech Republic is the output of this thesis.
