Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je sledování výstavby autobusového nádraží v Kolíně a povinností stavbyvedoucího v jednotlivých fázích výstavby. V úvodu diplomové práce je popsáno, z jakého důvodu si autor toto téma zvolil a jaký je její potenciální účel. Detailnější pozornost autor věnuje především kapitolám problémy vzniklé během výstavby a jejich následné řešení či kapitole vedení stavebního deníku a s tím související právní požadavky. Dále porovnání dodavatelských systémů Design-Bid-Built a Integrated Project Delivery, vedení dokumentace bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, či měsíčním nákladům stavby a nefakturovanému výkonu. Do dané problematiky se autor snaží vložit vlastní pohled a zamýšlí se například nad vhodností zvoleného dodavatelského systému.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to monitor the construction of the bus station in Kolín and the responsibilities of the building manager in the various phases of construction. In the introduction of the diploma thesis is described why the author chose this topic and what its potential purpose. In more detail, the author deals mainly with the chapters of the problems arising during the construction and their subsequent solution or chapter of the building logbook and the related legal requirements. Furthermore, a comparison of Design-Bid-Built and Integrated Project Delivery systems, health and safety at work documentation, monthly construction costs, and unbilled performance. The author tries to put his / her own point of view in the given issue and considers, for example, the suitability of the chosen supply system.
