Implementace projektového managementu do malé technické firmy

Abstract

Projektový manažment je súbor krokov s aplikovaním poznatkov, skúseností, nástrojov a metód, ktoré vedú k splneniu projektových požiadaviek a dosiahnutiu cieľov. Implementácia metodológie projektového riadenia je dlhodobý proces, vyžadujúci veľa úsilia, trpezlivosti a času. Výsledkom je často premena projektového chaosu na usporiadaný, stabilný a spoľahlivý projektový manažment. Nasledujúca práca predstavuje firmu Enerfis, špecializujúcu sa na energetický manažment, ktorá je systémovým integrátorom chytrého merania energií. Diplomová práca popisuje obchodný model firmy, jej produkty a služby, klientov, ale primárne sa zaoberá systémom inteligentného merania a jeho zavádzaním v praxi. Vysvetľuje technológiu systému a jeho benefity, spolu s dôvodmi rastúceho dopytu po tomto riešení. Problém, ktorý táto práca skúma je ako efektívne riadiť projekty chytrého merania energií, od obchodného jednania s klientom až po predanie projektu. Práca aplikuje vybrané procesy projektového manažmentu na projekty inteligentného merania a zameraním sa na odbornú literatúru a profesijnú skúsenosť hľadá spôsoby ako projektový manažment zefektívniť.

Project management is a set of actions with the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to meet the project requirements and to achieve project objectives. The implementation of the project management methodology is a long-term process, requires a lot of effort, patience and time. The result is often a change from project chaos to organized, stable and reliable project management. The following paper presents the company Enerfis, specializing in energy management, that is a system integrator of smart metering. The diploma thesis describes the company´s business model, product and services, clients, but is primarily concerned with smart metering system and its practical implementation. It explains the technology and benefits of the system, with reasons of rising demand for this solution. The question that this thesis explores is how effectively manage the projects of smart metering installation, from the business negotiation with client until the project delivery. This thesis applies chosen processes of project management on smart metering projects and by focusing on a variety of expert texts and professional experience it looks for effective way of the project management.
