Studie rekonstrukce rybníka Zlatuška

Abstract

V České republice se nachází velké množství rybníků. Mnohé z nich již v dnešní době nesplňují aktuální požadavky na funkci a bezpečnost vodního díla. Ať už je to tím, že při jejich stavbě byly jiné standardy než dnes nebo je jejich technický stav na konci životnosti stavby. Takové rybníky je potřeba rekonstruovat, aby byla obnovena jejich funkce a zaručena bezpečnost vodního díla. Studie řeší návrh kompletní rekonstrukce rybníka, který nesplňuje současné standardy pro malé vodní nádrže a je v nevyhovujícím stavu. V rámci práce je vypracováno technické řešení celkové rekonstrukce rybníka Zlatuška v obci Horní Pole (okres Jindřichův Hradec). Rekonstrukce zahrnuje odbahnění prostoru nádrže, dále rekonstrukci tělesa hráze a návrh řešení funkčních objektů - spodní výpusti, bezpečnostního přelivu a objektů potřebných pro výlov rybníka. Výsledkem práce je projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení strukturovaná dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb.

There are a large number of fishponds in the Czech Republic that do not comply with current safety and functionality standards for waterworks. This can be either due to the different regulations in place at the time of their construction or because, from a technical perspective, they have reached the end of their life cycles. Such fishponds need to be reconstructed in order to restore their original function and ensure proper safety standards. This study presents a draft for the complete reconstruction of a fishpond which does not meet current standards for small water reservoirs and which is considered to be in a state of emergency. The technical solution presented here is a complete reconstruction of the Zlatuška fishpond in the village of Horní Pole (Jindřichův Hradec District). The reconstruction involves the sediment removal of the reservoir space, the reconstruction of the dam and a proposal for the layout of various functional objects required for fish harvesting, including a bottom outlet, an emergency spillway and other features. The outcome of this work is project documentation for planning permission as set out in compliance with regulation No. 499/2006 Coll.
