Podnikatelský plán - Výroba betonových výrobků

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu startupové firmy. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem práce je sestavit kvalitní podnikatelský plán pro vnitřní potřebu tak, aby bylo zřejmé, zda je plán reálný a ufinancovatelný. Teoretická část se zabývá strukturou a obsahem plánu. Praktická část se řídí strukturou z teoretické části a je doplněna o konkrétní informace vztahující se k startupu zabývajícího se výrobou betonových výrobků. Finanční plán je v praktické části rozdělen na optimistickou, reálnou a pesimistickou variantu. V optimistické variantě bylo zjištěno, že vytvářený zisk pokryje s rezervou všechny plánované investice. V reálné variantě po 1. roce docházelo ke ztrátě a z výkazu cash flow bylo zřejmé, že záporné toky jsou příliš vysoké. Z tohoto důvodu bylo nutné přistoupit ke korekci. Upravená reálná varianta predikuje ve 2. a 3. roce ztrátu a současně záporné cash flow s výhledem na optimističtější průběh v dalším období. Pesimistická varianta dokázala, že při takovém vývoji nemá podnik šanci na setrvání na trhu. Výsledky práce slouží k rozhodnutí za jakých podmínek je startup realizovatelný.

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the business plan of the start-up company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The aim of the thesis is to compile a good business plan for internal needs so that it is clear whether the plan is real and financially feasible. The theoretical part deals with the structure and content of the plan. The practical part takes over the structure from the theoretical part and is supplemented with concrete information of the startup company, which deals with the production of concrete products. The financial plan is divided into an optimistic, real and pessimistic variant. In the optimistic variant, it was found that the earnings generated would cover all the planned investments with reserve. In the real option after the 1st year there was a loss and from the cash flow statement it was clear that the negative flows are too high. For this reason, correction was necessary. The revised real option predicts a loss in the second and third years and a negative cash flow with a view to a more optimistic course in the coming period. A pessimistic variant has shown that in such a development the company has no chance of remaining in the market. The results of the thesis serve to determine under what conditions the start-up can be realized.
