Horoměřice - multifunkční objekt

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce, so zadaním vychádzajúcim z preddiplomového urbanistického projektu, bolo navrhnúť multifunkčný objekt na periférií Prahy v obci Horoměřice. Objekt je súčasťou návrhu nového centra, ktoré v obci absentovalo. Preto je objekt situovaný v tesnej blízkosti frekventovaných trás. Objekt je v pôdorysnom tvare U rozdelený na verejnú a bytovú časť. Politika bytových jednotiek je navrhnutá tak, aby ostala v majetku obce, ktorá bude byty prenajímať. Napríklad, ako prechodné bývanie pre novousadlíkov, ktorí budú v obci stavať rodinný dom.

The aim of this diploma thesis that is based on the pre-diploma urbanistic assignment was to design a multifunctional building on the outskirts of Prague, in a village called Horomerice. The building is part of the design for the new centre that was absent in the village. That is why it is situated alongside busy routes. The ground plan of the building is U shaped and divided into two parts, public and residential. The idea is that the apartments will be rented out by the village. For instance, to new residents whilst they will be building and planning the construction of their houses in the village.
