Situační analýza výroby součástek pro Průmysl 4.0 a Smart Cities

Abstract

Práce je souhrnem analýz a doporučení změn a návrhů strategického rozvoje Byzance. Byzance je výzkumně aplikační elektro-technologický startup zaměřený na pokročilou a experimentální automatizaci, internet věcí s ohledem na průmysl 4.0 a Smart City. Práce se zabývá nejen technologiemi ale i finanční nákladností, společenským dopadem, změnami, které technologie přinášejí a pohledem, představami a požadavky technických a provozních ředitelů výrobních firem v ČR. Dále souhrnem trendů a jejich predikce na základě výzkumu spolčenosti McKinsey, Microsoft a Siemens a určení klíčových kroků k vytvoření strategie rozvoje společnosti Byzance jakožto "IoT product making platform" a vstupu nového klíčového investora. Jak transformovat malou garážovou firmu na exponenciálně rostoucí technologickou globální společnost.

The Diploma Thesis is a summary of the analysis and recommendations of the changes and suggestions for strategic development for Byzance company. Byzance is a research and development electro-technological startup focused on advanced and experimental automation, the Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and Smart City. The thesis deals not only with technologies but also with the financial cost, the social impact, the changes that technology brings and the view, the ideas and demands of the technical and operational directors of manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic. In addition, a summary of trends and their predictions based on McKinsey, Microsoft and Siemens research, and identifying key steps to create Byzance's development strategy as an IoT product making platform and the entry of a new key investor and transformation from a small garage company into an exponentially growing global business.
