Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza spokojenosti pracovníků vybrané společnosti s aktuálními benefity a průzkum zájmu o benefity nové. V první části práce bude popsána teorie vztahující s především ke spokojenosti pracovníků a k jejich hodnocení a ohodnocení. Následující analytická část zahrnuje analýzy z hlediska zaměstnaneckých benefitů a nezaměstnanosti, dále popis vybrané společnosti a její vnitřní analýzu nejen v oblasti personálního řízení. Poslední část práce, návrhová, obsahuje vlastní vyhodnocení dotazníků, závěry z nich plynoucí a také návrh podmínek k nově nabízeným benefitům.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of the employees of the selected company with the current benefits and to explore the interest in the new benefits. The first part of the thesis will describe theories related mainly to the satisfaction of the workers and their evaluation. The following analytical part includes analyzes in terms of employee benefits and unemployment, a description of the selected company and its internal analysis not only in the area of personnel management. The last part of the thesis, the design, contains the own evaluation of the questionnaires, the conclusions from them, as well as the design of the conditions for the newly offered benefits.
