Rekonstrukce vytápění bytového domu s variantním řešením zdrojů tepla

Abstract

Náplní této diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu několika možných variant rekonstrukce vytápění bytového domu. Jedná se o bytový dům rozdělený do dvou samostatných částí. Obytná část s č. p. 592 a druhá obytná část s č. p. 593. Budova byla postavena v devadesátých letech minulého století. Vyhodnotím stávající stav a navrhnu vhodné zateplení obálky budovy, tak aby jednotlivé konstrukce obálky budovy splňovaly doporučené hodnoty součinitele prostupu tepla dle normy ČSN 73 0540-2. Nejvhodnější zdroj tepla navrhnu na základě technických možností budovy, finančního zatížení a požadovaného komfortu. Otopná soustava bude v části bytového domu s č. p. 593 využita stávající, kromě otopných těles, která budou nahrazena novými deskovými otopnými tělesy. Ve druhé části bytového domu s č. p. 592 bude navržena celá nová otopná soustava včetně otopných těles. Po návrhu optimální otopné soustavy navrhnu vhodný způsob přípravy teplé vody.

The aim of this thesis is to design several suitable versions of a reconstruction of a specific family house's heating system. The family house in question is divided into two separate parts, both being residential; a house with a land registry number 592 and a house with a land registry number 593. The building itself was built in the 1990s. For the purpose of my thesis I will evaluate the current state of heating and desing a suitable solution for a new heat insulation of the building envelope, with an emphasis on maintaining the overall coefficient of heat transfer values according to the norm ČSN 73 0540-2 throughout all of the individual building envelope construction elements. The most suitable heat source will be chosen in accordance with the technical possibilities of the building, financial cost and desired comfort. For the house with a land registry number 593 the design will use the current heating system with the exception of the radiators, which will be replaced by panel radiators. However, for the house with a land registry number 592 an entirely new heating system will be proposed. Once the optimal heating system is designed I will also suggest a suitable method for hot water heating.
