This final diploma work of mine is a Pilot project as part of the 'Leaks-Project' at Doosan-Bobcat EMEA s.r.o, Dobris. The pilot project deals with visualization of the torqueing process of hydraulic valves/hoses at the assembly line for guiding the operators through the correct flow of processes involved, while providing the management with means for analysis of the processes and performance of the workers to eliminate unnecessary wastes and improve traceability. This project intends to be the basis for further SCADA development and hence of the entire assembly line at Doosan Bobcat in the near future.
