Parametry procesu vstřikování plastů

Abstract

Práce se zabývá procesem vstřikování polymerů a jeho následného vlivu na kvalitu a mechanické vlastnosti zkušebních tělísek. Obsahem teoretické části je popis vstřikovacího stroje a samotný proces vstřikování. Důraz je kladen na polypropylen a polyetylen, jakožto materiály vystupující v praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení vlivu změny teploty vstřikovací formy a teploty tavící komory na mechanické vlastnosti zkušebních tělísek.

The thesis deals with the process of polymer injection and its subsequent influence on a quality and mechanical properties of the test specimens. The content of the theoretical part is the description of an injection molding machine and an injection process. The emphasis is placed on the polypropylene and the polyetylene as materials emerging in the practical part. I am focusing on the influence of a mold temperature and a temperature in the melting chamber. The practical part includes the evaluation of the influence of a mold temperature and a temperature of the melting chamber depending on the mechanical properties of the test specimens.
