Hodnocení jakosti odporových bodových svarových spojů pomocí termografie

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení kvality odporových bodových svarových spojů pomocí termografického měření a porovnává ho s konvenčními způsoby kontroly. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část (teoretická) obsahuje základní pojmy týkající se termografie, od teoretického základu po využití termografického měření v praxi. Teoretická část práce dále popisuje princip užívání metody odporového bodového svařování v automobilovém průmyslu. Druhá část (praktická) se zabývá návrhem a realizací zkoušky, která má prokázat použitelnost termografie při hodnocení kvality odporových bodových svarových spojů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the quality of spot welded joints using thermographic measurement and compares the thermographic measurement with conventional methods of non-destructive controlling of the quality. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part (theoretical) contains basic terms related to thermography, from the theoretical basis to the use of thermographic measurement in practice. The theoretical part describes the principle of using the spot welding method in automotive. The second part (practical) deals with the design and implementation of the test, which should prove the usability of the thermography in the evaluation of the quality of the spot welded joints.
