Whistleblowing

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem whistleblowingu jako vysoce aktuálním tématem v České republice, přičemž problematiku zkoumá ze dvou hlavních aspektů. Prvním je existující a připravovaná právní úprava ochrany oznamovatelů v České republice, druhým je whistleblowing v kontextu obchodních společností a jeho využití v rámci corporate compliance jako efektivního prostředku pro odhalování nežádoucích praktik a udržování etického prostředí v obchodních společnostech.

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the phenomenon of whistleblowing as a current topic in the Czech Republic and analyses the issue from two main aspects. Firstly, the thesis examines the existing and future legislation concerning the protection of whistleblowers in the Czech Republic. Secondly, it analyses whistleblowing in the context of commercial companies and its use in the corporate compliance as an effective tool for disclosure of wrongful conduct and maintaining the ethical environment in companies.
