Konstrukce otočné osy B brusky Studer S40

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce otočné osy B brousicího vřeteníku brusky Studer S40. Návrh bere v úvahu požadavek firmy na použití stávajícího stolu s vřeteníkem a požadovanou přesnost polohování 0,001°. Součástí práce je rešerše současného stavu brusek s otočnými osami na trhu, návrh více řešení na základě provedené rešerše a výběr nejvhodnějšího z nich. Toto řešení je dále rozpracováno spolu s návrhovými a kontrolními výpočty.

This bachelor thesis deals with a design of a construction of the rotary axis B of the grinder Studer S40. The design considers the company´s requirement of a utilization of the present table with the grinding headstock and required positioning accuracy of 0,001°. The thesis includes the research of a present market situation, a suggestion of more designs based on the research and a selection of the most appropriate design. This design will be further elaborated including design and control calculations.
