Personální management v systému managementu kvality

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice propojení řízení lidských zdrojů se systémem managementu kvality. V práci je nastíněn vývoj a základní principy řízení lidských zdrojů, v podobném duchu je sepsán i systém managementu kvality. Dále jsou popsány nestandardní postupy, které musí řešit personalisté v organizacích se zavedeným systémem managementu kvality. V závěru jsou prezentovány postřehy personalistů z praxe a hodnocení přínosu personalistiky ve kvalitě.

The bachelor thesis deals with the connection of human resources management with the quality management system. The work outlines the development and basic principles of human resource management and in a similar way is written the quality management system. There are also described non-standard procedures, which must be solved by the personnel in organizations with the established quality management system. At the end, the insights of HR practitioners and assessment of the contribution of human resources in quality are presented.
