Vliv filtrace a metody výpočtu na výsledek měření rozměru a chyby tvaru při meření kruhovitosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na seznámení čtenářů se základními principy kruhovitosti, metodami měření kruhovitosti a v neposlední řade s filtrací při měření kruhovitosti. V první části jsou uvedeny geometrické tolerance a jejích rozdělení. Druhá část práce se zabývá vlivem kruhovitosti na funkci strojních součástí. Další část je věnována konkrétním metodám měření kruhovitosti. V poslední teoretické částí se pozornost věnuje konkrétním metodám filtrace při měření kruhovitosti. V praktické části se i díky použitým poznatkům z teorie zabývám konkrétním měřením a využitím filtrace v praxi na konkrétní měřené součásti.

The bachelor thesis is focused on familiarizing readers with basic principles of roundness, methods of measurement of roundness and finally with filtration during measurement of roundness. The first part lists the geometric tolerances and their distribution. The other part is concerned with influence of roundness on the function of mechanical parts. The next part is devoted to concrete methods of measuring roundness. In the last theoretical part, attention is paid to specific methods of filtration in the measurement of roundness. In practical part of bachelor thesis, in assistance to the used knowledge from theory, I realize concrete measurement and use there filtration in practice on specific measured component.
