Možnosti fyzioterapie u entezopatií v oblasti loketního kloubu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování a poskytnutí informací týkajících se fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s entezopatií voblasti loketního kloubu. Cílem je blíže se seznámit sdanou problematikou, podat informace o této diagnóze, možnostech léčby a sestavit vhodný návrh terapiepro konkrétního pacienta. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Vprvní, obecné části je popsána anatomická stavba loketního kloubu, cévní a nervové struktury vjeho okolí a jednotlivé vrstvy svalů zde začínajících. Dále je zmíněna kinetika, kinematika a biomechanika loketního kloubu. Částje věnovánai klinické stránce onemocnění, etiologii, patologickému obrazu a jednotlivým typům entezopatií voblasti loketního kloubu. Metodologie práce zahrnujevyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly vterapii využity. Jsou zde uvedeny vyšetřovací metody potřebné pro komplexní vyšetření pacienta i testy vztahující sek dané diagnóze. Dále jsou zmíněny terapeutické metody, které byly zvoleny na základě výsledků vstupního vyšetření asběrdatobsahující popis odbornéhopracoviště, kde proběhla terapie. Speciální část práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky u pacienta sentezopatií voblasti ulnárníhoepikondylu humeru. Tato část zahrnuje vstupnívyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobýfyzioterapeutickýplán, samotnouterapii a výstupnívyšetřeníse zhodnocením výsledků. Terapie bude zaměřena na změny voblasti měkkých tkání, úpravu pohybových stereotypů, kompenzační cvičení a edukaci pacienta, aby se předešlo dalšímu zhoršení a docílilo se dlouhodobé remise. Kapitola Diskuze pojednává o průběhu, podmínkácha výsledcích terapie, které jsou porovnány spoznatky literárními. Závěr je věnován zhodnocení zvolených terapeutických postupů a splnění cílů práce.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process and provide information r elating to the physiotherapeutic care for patients with enthesopathy at the elbow joint. The aim is to become more familiar with the issues, to provide information on the diagnosis and on treatment options, and to compose an appropriate therapy suggestion for a particular patient. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the general anatomical structure of the elbow joint -vascular and nerve structures in its vicinity, and the layers of muscles starting there. Other mentions are aboutkinetics, kinematics and biomechanics of the elbow joint. The part is also dealing with the clinical aspects of the disease, with etiology, pathology images, and with the individual types of nthesopathies at the elbow joint. The thesis methodology includes the examination and therapeutic methods that have been used in the therapy. The thesis lists the examination methods necessary for a complex examination of a patient as well as tests related to the diagnosis. The thesis also mentions therapeutic methods that were selected based on the results of the screening examination and the collection of data containing the description of the expert facility where the therapy took place. A special part of the thesis is processed as a case study in a patient with enthesopathy in ulnar epicondyle of the humerus. This section covers the initial examination, short-term and long-term physiotherapy plans, the therapy itself and the final examination with the evaluation of results. The therapy will focus on the changes in soft tissue, the adjustment of movement stereotypes, compensatory exercises and patient education in order to prevent further deterioration and to achieve long -term remission. The Discussion chapter treats the course, conditions and the results of the ther apy, which are compared with findings in reference literature. The conclusion brings the evaluation of the selected therapeutic procedures and of the objectives of the thesis.
