Respirační fyzioterapie u kardiochirurgických operací

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Respirační fyzioterapie u kardiochirurgických operací" bylo využití vybraných technik respiračnífyzioterapie vpředoperačním apooperačním období u pacientů vkardiochirurgii. Obecná část se zabývá anatomií hrudníku a dýchacího systému, fyziologií akineziologií dýchání, funkčnímvyšetření plic se zaměřením na spirometriiaplicní rehabilitací. Dále jsou vtéto části popsány metody a techniky respirační fyzioterapie ajejich využití vpředoperační a pooperační fázi léčby. Závěr obecné části je věnován kardiochirurgii, kde je popsáno chirurgické řešení ischemické choroby srdeční. Metodologie práce popisuje použití vyšetřovacích a léčebných fyzioterapeutických metod, které byly aplikovány ve speciální části. Ve speciální části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky pacientů, které zahrnují anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého adlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a zhodnocení stavu pacienta. Součástí bakalářské práce je diskuze, která pojednává o zhodnocení terapie adané problematiky.

The object of the bachelorthesis "Respiration physiotherapy pre and post cardiothoracic surgery"wasthe use of selected techniques of respiration physiotherapy in preoperative and postoperative periods at patients of cardiac surgeries. The general part deals with the anatomy of a chest and a breathing system, physiology and kinesiology of breathing, a functional examination of lungs with the focus on spirometry and lung rehabilitation. Further, the methods and techniques of the respiration physiotherapy and their use in preoperative and postoperative period sof treatment are described in this part. The conclusion of the general part is dedicated to a cardiac surgery, where the surgical solution of ischemic heart disease is described. The methodology of the thesis describes the use of the examination and remedial physiotherapeutic methods which were applied in the special part. Two casuistries of patients including the anamnesis, the enteringand outgoing kinesiology analysis, the suggestion of short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and the evaluation of condition of patient are elaborated in the special part.
