Cvičení IZS jako důležitá součást prevence mimořádných událostí

Abstract

Úvodní část bakalářské práce se věnuje legislativě krizové připravenosti a vymezuje základní pojmy jako je integrovaný záchranný systém či mimořádná událost a souvislost mezi nimi. Zabývá se činností posádek zdravotnické záchranné služby na místě mimořádné události zaměřené zejména na typové činnosti a doporučené postupy, které se při cvičeních integrovaného záchranného systému trénují. Popisuje předtřídění a lékařské třídění raněných na místě mimořádné události a zabývá se rozdíly mezi urgentní medicínou a medicínou katastrof. Další kapitola práce představuje scénáře cvičení Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje pro rok 2015, nový počítačový simulátor hromadných neštěstí a práci peerů v oblasti psychosociální intervence. Cílem bakalářské práce je, na základě potvrzení hypotéz, prověřit význam cvičení integrovaného záchranného systému a prozkoumat vliv cvičení integrovaného záchranného systému na připravenost posádek Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje při mimořádné události. Pro splnění těchto cílů bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci výjezdových skupin Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje, které se týkalo názorů posádek na absolvovaná cvičení a jejich odraz při reálných výjezdech k hromadnému postižení osob. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou podrobně rozebírány v následné diskuzi, která je doplněna o výsledky cvičení a reálné mimořádné události.

The introductory part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the legislation of emergency preparedness and it defines the basic terms such as the Integrated Rescue System or the extraordinary event and the link between them. It deals with the operation of the Emergency Medical Services crew on the spot of an extraordinary event, focused particularly on type activities and recommended procedures, that are trained dutiny the exercises of the Integrated Rescue System. It describes pre-classification and medical classification of the wounded on the spot of the extraordinary event and it concentrates on the differences between emergency medicine and disaster medicine. The next chapter of the thesis presents the scenario for the excercise of the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region for the year 2015, the new computer simulator of mass disasters and the job of peers in the area of psychosocial interventions. The aim of the bachelor thesis is, pursuant to confirmations of the hypothesis, to check the importance of the exercises of the Integrated Rescue System and to examine the influence of the exercises of the Integrated Rescue System on the preparedness of the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region crew in case of a extraordinary event. In order to fulfill these purposes, survey questionnaires focusing on opinions of the crew on the completed exercises and their impact on real emergency routes towards mass inflictions of persons were given to rescue group employees Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region. The results of the survey questionnaires are analyzed in detail in the following discussion, which is completed by the results of exercises and real extraordinary event.
