Psychologická pomoc poskytována členům složek IZS při mimořádných událostech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat působením mimořádných událostí na psychický stav členů složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Jejich psychické připravenosti, odolnosti proti nadměrnému stresu, kterému jsou vystavováni při zásazích a likvidacíchnásledků mimořádných událostí, při kterých pravidelně nasazují své vlastní životy pro pomoc a záchranu osob postižených mimořádnou událostí. V další části práce se zaměříme na poskytnutí psychologické a psychosociální první pomoci a posttraumatické péči zasahujícím členům nacházejícíchse na místě mimořádné události, během níž byli vystaveni akutní stresové reakci. Součástí práce je také anonymní dotazníkový průzkum, sestavený zněkolika dotazů, na které odpovídali členové složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Cílem bakalářské práce je potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéza daných cílů, zaměřujících se na frekventovanost setkání se členů složek Integrovaného záchranného systému smimořádnými událostmi, jejich emocionální stav a také na poskytnutí psychologické pomoci před, během a po mimořádné události.

Bachelor thesis will deal with the influence of extraordinary eventson the psychological state of members of the Integrated Rescue System. Their psychological readiness, resistance against excessive stress to which they are exposed to duringinterventions and liquidations of consequences of the extraordinary events, during which theyregularlyrisk their own lives to helpand rescue people affected by the extraordinary event. In the next section of the thesis we focus on the provisionofpsychological and psychosocial first aid and post-traumatic care to thememberswho intervene and aresituated on the site of the extraordinary eventduring which they havebeen exposed to pressingstress reaction. The thesis also includes an anonymous questionnairewithseveral questions which the members of the Integrated Rescue System answered. The aim of this thesis is to confirm or disprovethe hypotheses and the goals, with focus on how often the members of the Integrated Rescue System deal with the extraordinary events, what istheiremotionalstate and also on provision ofpsychological assistance before, during and after extraordinary events.
