Psychologická stránka bezpečnostní kontroly na letištích

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika práce bezpečnostních pracovníků naletištích v souvislostech slegislativou od světové až po národní úroveň. Práce jezaměřená na zmapování povědomí o psychologické náročnosti takové práce. Vteoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy týkající se oblasti bezpečnostní kontroly na letištích. Dále se zabývá stručným historickým výtahem událostí vletectví, které byly příčinou vzniku legislativních opatření a následně uvedeny do praxe. Popisuje základní poznatky o jednotlivých společnostech, které určují legislativní rámec bezpečnostní kontroly ve světě. V teoretické části je kapitola, která přináší přehled o možných psychologických jevech, zapříčiňujících problémy vpracovním prostředí na letištích. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou vymezeny cíle, hypotézy, je zde popsán výzkumný vzorek a metody. Cílem empirického výzkumu bylo zmapování pocitů zprůběhu bezpečnostní kontroly na letišti. Získaná data jsou zpracována ve formě tabulek a grafů. Vdiskuzi je provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků snázory jiných autorů. Vzávěru je shrnutí výsledků a cílů práce.

The bachelor thesis is focused on activities of the security staff at the airports in connection with international and national legislation. It maps out the psychological aspects of this kind of job. The theoretical part describes the basic perceptions regarding the security control at the airports. Further it contains several historical events in the area of aviation that lead to the implementation of legislative measures and their application in everyday routine. The thesis describes facts on various aviation companies that set the worldwide standards for legislation framework of the security checks. One chapter is dedicated to possible psychological aspects causing problems in the work environment at the airports. The thesis - research part contains the aims, hypothesis, explorational pattern and methods. The aim of the empiric research is to map thefeelings during the airport security check. The received data are further processed in the form of charts and graphs. The discussion compares the detected results with the opinions of other authors.
