Krizová připravenost civilního letiště na řešení nestandardní provozní situace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností a řešením vzniklé nestandardní provozní situace na civilním letišti, které je současně prvkem kritické infrastruktury státu. Charakterizuje vybranou hrozbu, která může ohrožovat funkčnost civilního letiště neprovozuschopností pohybových ploch. Popisuje problematiku významu kritické infrastruktury a připraveností subjektů kritické infrastruktury na krizové řízení. Objasňuje přípravu a letištního pohotovostního plánu. Seznamuje s dělením událostí na letištích apojednává o rolích a odpovědnostech řídících složek. Obsahuje podrobné rozbory postupů, pojednává o rolích a odpovědnostech zainteresovaných stran. Provedená analýza popisuje příčiny a následky událostí s poškozeným podvozkem letadla. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje celkové vyhodnocení postupů krizového řízení.

This diploma thesis looks into a civil aviation airport's readiness to deal with non -standard operational situations with the airport concurrently representing an element of the state's critical infrastructure. The thesis seeks to define a selected threat, which can jeopardize the civil airport's functionality by putting the movement areas out of operation. It describes the importance of the citical infrastructure and the readines s of the critical infrastructure's subjects for crisis management. It clarifies the way the airport's emergency plan is prepared. It acquaints readers with categorization of events at airports and deals with the roles and responsibility of the control authorities. It contains detailed analysis of procedures, it looks into the role and responsibility of the parties involved. The accomplished analysis includes the causes and consequences of events involving an aircraft's damaged undercarriage. The final part of the diploma thesis includes an overall evaluation of crisis management's procedures.
