Pandemie a epidemie chřipky s kasuistikou chřipky z roku 2009

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím případové studie přiblížit historii a současnost pandemických a epidemických chřipkových onemocněních, označit původce chřipkového viru, popsat vznik a vývoj chřipkových virů, porovnat jednotlivé typy chřipky a v neposlední řadě vysvětlit nutnost prevence a vakcinace proti těmto onemocněním. Důležitou součástí této práce je vysvětlení surveillance, její podstaty a významu. Práce dále představuje Světovou zdravotnickou organizaci (WHO), která pandemické a epidemické onemocnění sleduje a eviduje a vydává pokyny a rady v případě propuknutí pandemie. V této části práce je rovněž uveden popis vzniku a obsah pandemického plánu z roku 2006, který byl platný v době poslední pandemické chřipky. V praktické části bakalářské práce představím vznik, vývoj a časovou osu poslední pandemické chřipky Pandemic A H1N1, známou též pod názvem ?mexická chřipka?, která propukla v roce 2009. Využitá data v této části bakalářské práce pocházejí z dokumentů tehdejšího Územního střediska záchranné služby Středočeského kraje (v dnešní době Zdravotnická záchranná služba Středočeského kraje, p.o.). Data se týkají především průběhu preventivního očkování. Pro doplnění kontextu jsou data proložena legislativou, která v dané době byla platná. Na úplný závěr bakalářské práce je zařazen nový pandemický plán, který vznikl po vyhodnocení základě situace z roku 2009, a závěry komparace obou posledních pandemických plánů, tj. z roku 2006 a 2011.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to approach the history and the contemporaneity of the pandemic and epidemic influenza illnesses through a case study, to label the originator of the influenza virus, to describe the formation and evolution of the influenza viruses, to compare the particular influenza types and last but not least to explain the necessity of prevention and vaccination against these diseases. An important part of this work is the explanation of surveillance, its essentiality and significance. Next, the work introduces the World Health Organization (WHO), which watches and registeres the pandemic and epidemic illnesses and gives commands and advice in case of a pandemic outbreak. This part of the work also contains a description of the formation and the contents of the pandemic plan from the year 2006, which was valid during the last pandemic influenza period. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis I will introduce the formation, evolution and the timeline of the last pandemic influenza Pandemic A H1N1, also known as "the Mexican influenza", which broke out in 2009. The data used in this part of the bachelor thesis derive from the documents of the former Regional Rescue Service Center of the Central Bohemian Region (currently the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region, f.o.). The data mostly relate to the process of the preventive vaccination. In order to fill in the context, the data are interleaved by legislation, which was valid at the time. At the complete end of the bachelor thesis, there is a new pandemic plan included, which came into being after the evaluation based on the situation from 2009, and also comparison conclusions of both of the last pandemic plans, i.e. from 2006 and 2011.
