Psychosociální intervence poskytovaná Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována vlivu různých typů krizí, kekterým může docházet při vzniku mimořádných událostí. Každá taková situacemůže mít dopad také napsychické zdraví zasažených osob. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky a informace, které byly načerpány zdostupné odborné literatury. Je zde nastíněnaproblematika životních krizí, možných mimořádných událostí avšechny tyto pojmy, jsou zde podrobně vysvětleny. Práce se také zabývá způsoby, kterými lze krizi asníspojenouzátěž zvládat, jaké jsou možné obranné mechanismy. Velká pozornost je věnovánaprávě krizové intervenci, která jeposkytovánapřimimořádných událostechpracovníky Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Vysvětlenyjsouzákladní potřeby zasažených osob a techniky první psychické pomoci. Nelze opomenout krizového interventa, jako pracovníka, poskytujícího psychosociální intervenci, proto jsou zde vypsány vlastnosti a schopnosti, kterými by měl každý intervent disponovat. Vtéto souvislosti je zmiňovánoo etickém kodexu, který vdané problematice hraje důležitou roli. Pracovníci vpomáhajících profesích bývají velmi často ohroženi syndromem vyhoření, proto jsme empirickoučást bakalářské práce věnovalySystému psychosociální intervenční služby, se zaměřením na samotnou krizovou intervenci, která je poskytována obětem na místě události. Vtéto částibudeme pomocí nestrukturovaného dotazníkuzjišťovat, jak velká je psychická zátěžsamotných interventů, kteří poskytují první psychologickou pomoc obětem namístě. The bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of different types of crises that may occurin connection with extraordinary events. Each such situation may also have impact on the mental health of the affected persons. The theoretical part includes findings andinformation drawn from the available professional literature.It outlines the issue oflife crises, the eventual extraordinary events, and all these terms are explained in detail. Thepaper also deals with the ways to handle the crises and the stress related thereto, andthe possible defence mechanisms. Special attention is paid to the crisis intervention, which is being provided during extraordinary events by the workers of the Emergency Medical Service. Explanation isprovided with regard to the basic needs of the affected persons and the techniques ofthefirst mental aid. The person of the crisis interventionist cannot be left out, asthisisthe person providing thepsychosocial intervention, and the paper therefore lists the character qualities and abilities each interventionist should possess. In this respect, the paper mentions the ethical code, which plays an important part inthegiven issue. The workers in the assisting professions are often at risk of the burn -out syndrome, and we have therefore dedicated the empirical part of the bachelor's thesis totheSystem of the psychosocial intervention service, focusing on the crisis intervention itself as it is provided to the victims at the site of the event. In this part, we will use a non -structured questionnaire to find out how big is the mental stress of the actual interventionists providing the first psychological aid to the victims on site. Thequestionnaire inquiry will be carried out with the crisis interventionists atalltheEmergency Medical Service centres in the Czech Republic.
