Teroristický útok v Mnichově 1972 a protiteroristický zásah v roce 1980 na íránském velvyslanectví v Londýně v komparativní perspektivě

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika teroristického útoku na íránské velvyslanectví v Londýně v roce 1980 a teroristického útoku spáchaného na olympijských hrách v Mnichově v roce 1972. Oba dva útoky jsou srovnány komparativní metodou. Práce je zaměřena na popis útoku teroristů na oba cíle, dále pracuje s rozborem činnosti bezpečnostního aparátu, který na útoky reagoval. V práci jsou popsány postupy, jež bezpečnostní složky zrealizovaly proti teroristům. Práce popisuje i chyby, jež se v zásazích udály. Teoretická část charakterizuje pojem terorismus a pojednává o složitosti jeho přesné definice. Teoretická část také obsahuje popis významných teroristických skupin. Detailnější prostor byl věnován popisu protiteroristických jednotek SAS a GSG 9, které se buď přímo podíleli naoperacích kolem výše zmíněných teroristických útoků, nebo v jejich důsledcích vznikly. Praktická část byla vypracována na základě sociologického šetření v anonymním sociologickém průzkumu. Dotazník pro výzkum byl nestandardizovaný a výzkumu se zúčastnilo118 respondentů. Cílem dotazníků bylo prokázat či vyvrátit hypotézy práce zaměřené na povědomí o terorismu a jeho útocích na olympijské hry a londýnskou íránskou ambasádu.

The content of this Bachelor work is to characterise the terrorist attack on the Iran embassy in London in 1980 as well as the terrorist attack on the Olympic Games in Munich in 1972. Both these attacks are compared by a comparative method. The work is focused on the description of the terrorist attack on both targets, it furthermore analyses the acts of security apparel that responded to the attacks. The work depicts procedures which were realised by the security services against the terrorists. It also describes mistakes made during the interventions. The theoretical part characterises the term terrorism and analysis the complications of its accurate definition. This part also contents the description of significant terrorist groups. The description of counterterrorist units SAS and GSG 9 is provided in more details. These units were either directly involved in the operations related to the above mentioned attacks, or have arisen as a result of these attacks. The practical part was elaborated on the basisof a sociological survey and an anonymous sociological survey. The questionnaire was substandard and the research was participated by 118 respondents. The aim of the questionnaire was to prove or disprove the hypothesis of the work focused on the awareness regarding terrorism and the attacks on the Olympic Games and the Iran embassy in London
