Činnost týmu posttraumatické péče v systému psychologické služby Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce snázvem Činnost týmu posttraumatické péče vsystému psychologické služby Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky se zabývá problematikou týmu posttraumatické péče a problematikou stresovýchporuch. Jedná se opráci teoreticko-výzkumnou, která je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Vteoretické části jsou uvedeny a popsány základní informace. Nejdříve si charakterizujeme psychologickou službu Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR, její úkoly ataké si charakterizujeme tým posttraumatické péče. Vdalších kapitolách si charakterizujeme pojmy, které souvisí sposkytováním psychosociální pomoci. Těmi pojmy jsou stres, krize, krizová intervence. Vpráci také popisujeme vhodnou a nevhodnou komunikaci se zasaženými a metody krizové pomoci. Vzávěru si krátce popíšeme Hasičský záchranný sbor a traumatizující události, kterémohou hasiče potkat. Vpraktické části jsme zvolili anonymní nestandardizované dotazníkové šetření. Nestandardizovaný dotazník jsme distribuovali mezi příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťujeme informovanost a zkušenosti v oblasti posttraumatické stresové poruchy a zkušenosti spsychologickou službou Hasičského záchranného sboru

The Bachelor work with the titlePosttraumatic care team's activities within the system of psychological support of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and it deals with the issue of the posttraumatic care team and the issue of stress disorders. The work is conceived as theoretical research work, divided into two main parts. The theoretical part contains description of fundamental information. First, it characterises psychological services of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, its tasks and moreover it depicts the posttraumatic care team. Further chapters encompass the terms relevant to the provision of psycho-social care. These terms are stress, crisis, crisis intervention. The work also provides the description of appropriate and inappropriate communication with theaffected ones and methods of emergency help. The conclusion contains brief description of Fire Rescue Service and traumatic experience which firemen can encounter. The practical part includes anonymous substandard questionnaire survey. The substandard questionnaires were distributed among the members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. By the means of this questionnaire, we detect the awareness and experience in the field of posttraumatic stress disorder and experience with the psychological support of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
