Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta po stabilizaci hrudní páteře

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování problematiky rehabilitace po operačním řešení v rámci stabilizace hrudní páteře a následné náhradě obratlového těla. Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Důvod výběru této diagnózy byl, že v dnešní době přibývá pacientů s traumatickými poraněními páteře. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy v první, obecné části, je popsána anatomie a kineziologie páteře. Dále je popsán mechanismus úrazu, klasifikace poranění v hrudní páteři a následná terapie. Druhá část obsahuje metodologii, která popisuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody používané ve speciální části práce. Kapitola také zahrnuje sběr dat a popis pracoviště, ve kterém byly terapie částečně prováděny. Ve speciální části je samotná kazuistika, která obsahuje informace o pacientovi, anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Důležitou částí práce je kapitola diskuze, kde budou zhodnoceny rizika a přínosy v různých možnostech operačních přístupů a dále jsou zde sepsány vlastní názory a polemika autorky týkající se problematiky péče o pacienty po stabilizaci hrudní páteře. V závěru práce je porovnání vstupních a výstupních informací a zhodnocení celkové terapie u pacienta s kombinovaným ošetřením dané diagnózy.

The bachelor study deals with the issues of physiotherapy following an operative solution within the stabilization of thoracic vertebral column and subsequent replacement of vertebral body. The bachelor work is prepared in the form of case study. The reason for selecting this diagnosis is the fact that the number of patients suffering from traumatic injuries of vertebral column has been recently increasing. The work is divided in two parts while the first, general part, describes the anatomy and kinesiology of vertebral column. The study further deals with the mechanism of injury, classification of injuries in the vertebral column, and subsequent therapy. The second part contains a methodology describing the examination and therapeutic methods used in the special part of the work. The chapter also includes the collection of data and description of the workplace where the therapies were partially carried out. The special part includes the case study itself, providing information on patient, anamnesis, initial and closing kinesiological analysis, proposal of a short-tem and long-term physiotherapeutic plan. In addition, it includes a description of the individual therapeutic units. The chapter "Discussion" is the important part of the work evaluating the risks and benefits of various options of the operating methods and further providing own opinions and polemic of the author concerning the issues of care of the patients after stabilization of thoracic vertebral column. The work concludes by comparing the input and output information and evaluating the overball therapy at a patient with the combined treatment of specific diagnosis.
