Rehabilitace po prolongaci Achillovy šlachy u pacientky se spastickou hemiparetickou formou dětské mozkové obrny

Abstract

Obecná část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o dětské mozkové obrně,její etiologii, klinickém obraze a jednotlivých formách. Dále jsou zde popsány vývojové, anatomické a kineziologické aspekty hlezna a nohy u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část práce je také zaměřena na ortopedickou operační terapii deformit v oblasti hlezenního kloubu v důsledku dětské mozkové obrny a její následnou komplexní pooperační rehabilitací. Speciální část práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky u vybrané dětské pacientky s výše uvedenou diagnózou. Tato část práce se zabývá metodickým vedením cvičení u vybrané pacientky po dobu šesti měsíců od operačního výkonu. Byl proveden vstupní, výstupní a po třech měsících kontrolní kineziologický rozbor, a následně zhodnocen průběh terapie a její výsledky. Součástí speciální části práce je i popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Samostatný oddíl práce tvoří kapitola metodologie práce, která předkládá přehled všech použitých vyšetřovacích a terapeutických metod.

The general part of this Bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledge about Cerebral Palsy, its etiology, clinical manifestation and individual forms. Further in this part are described the developmental, anatomical and kinesiological aspects of the ankle and foot of children with Cerebral Palsy. The theoretical part of this thesis also focuses on orthopaedic surgical therapy of deformities in the ankle and foot area associated with Cerebral Palsy, and complex post-operative rehabilitaion. The special part of this thesis is managed in the form of casuistryof a select child patient with the above stated diagnosis. This part of the thesis deals with a methodical guidance of excercises conducted with the patient during a six month period after the surgery. An input, output kinesiological analysis and a post-three months control kinesiological analysis were conducted. Then the effects and results of therapy were evaluated. This special part also contains a description of individual therapeutic units. A seperate section of the thesis consists of a chapter on the thesis methodology and gives an overview of all the used investigative and therapeutic methods.
