Rehabilitace pacientů s Hodgkinovým lymfomem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem fyzioterapie na zdraví pacientůBakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem fyzioterapie na zdraví pacientů s Hodgkinovým lymfomem. Obecná část se nejprve zabývá definicí, klasifikací a epidemiologií onemocnění. Následně je popsána anatomie a fyziologie jednotlivých systémů, které s Hodgkinovým lymfomem souvisí. Dále jsou zde uvedena jednotlivá diagnostická vyšetření, možnosti léčby a jejich zásady. Závěr obecné části pojednává o rehabilitaci jako součásti terapie onemocnění a o jejích zásadách. V metodologické části jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly následně použity ve speciální části práce. Dále je v této části popsáno pracoviště, ve kterém byla zpracována speciální část práce. Speciální část je vytvořena formou dvou kazuistik. Nejprve bylo provedenovstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Na jeho základě byl navržen krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Následně probíhaly jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, které probíhaly po dobu dvou měsíců. Poslední terapii byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Na základě naměřených vstupních a výstupních dat byl vyhodnocen účinek a vliv fyzioterapie. Na závěr práce jsou porovnány výsledky vstupních a výstupních dat, zhodnocení efektu zvolené terapie. Následuje diskuze o daném tématu, porovnání dostupné odborné literatury s praktickými zkušenostmi získanými ve speciální části práce. Na závěr je shrnut efekt terapie a spolupráce s jednotlivými klientkami. Součástí práce je příloha, která obsahuje sérii několika cviků, které bylyaplikovány ve speciální části.

The thesis deals with the influence of physiotherapy upon the health of patients with Hodgkin´s lymphoma. In the theoretical part, the definition, classification and epidemiologyof the disease is given first. Second, the anatomy and physiology of the body systems connected with the Hodgkin´s lymphoma is presented. Third, the methods of diagnosis and the treatment possibilities and principles are given. In the end of this part the physiotherapy with its principles is presented as a part of the therapy. In the methodology part the examination and the therapeutic methods usedin the special part are presented. Also a description of the institution where the special part was utilized is given. The special part consists of two case reports. At the beginning of eachthe entrance kinesiologic examination was performed. Based on its results, a short-term and a long-term rehabilitative plan was designed. Therapeutic units were conducted over the period of two months. During the last unit, an output kinesiologic examination was performed. The evaluation of the influence of the physiotherapy was based on the results of the entrance and the output data. In the conclusion of the thesis the results of the entrance and the outputdata are compared and the effect of the therapy is evaluated. In the discussion part the data from literature are compared with the experience acquired in the special part of the thesis. In the end of this part the cooperation with the clients and the effect of the therapy is summarized. In the attachment, a set of exercises used in the special part is given.
