Vybavení a technika zdravotnických záchranných služeb a jejich připravenost v poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na techniku zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice. Hlavním tématem v teoretické části jsou sanitní vozidla a vybavení záchranných služeb. V praktické části jsou porovnány sanitní vozidla rychlé zdravotnické pomoci a vybavení ze 2 vybraných krajů. Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovit ideální variantu připravenosti techniky záchranných služeb, při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Bakalářská práce je také doplněna statistickými údaji o ošetření pacientů záchrannými službami v určitém časovém období. Výsledkem práce je vytvoření přehledu o vybrané technice ze dvou záchranných služeb a stanovení ideální varianty využívání vybavení a vozidel v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the technology of emergency medical services in the Czech Republic. Ambulances and emergency services equipment are major themes in the theoretical part. Vehicle emergency medical services and equipment from two chosen regions are compared in the practical part. The objective of my bachelor´s thesis is to determine the ideal variant of the technology readiness of emergency services in the provision of prehospital emergency care. Bachelor´s thesis is also supplemented with statistical data on the treatment of patients by emergency services during a certain time period. The result of the thesis is the creation of an overview of selected technology from two rescue services and the establishment of an ideal variant of use of equipment and vehicles in pre-hospital emergency care.
