Psychologické aspekty komunikace s psychotickým pacientem

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací s psychotickým pacientem. Obsahuje informace o komunikaci v obecné rovině, o specifických aspektech komunikace ve zdravotnictví a o komunikaci s psychotickým pacientem. Dále se stručně zmiňuje o schizofrenních poruchách. Na pacienty s těmito onemocněními je zaměřena praktická část, zpracovaná formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Obsahuje poznatky získané provedením rozhovorů se zdravotnickými záchranáři, kteří mají zkušenost s pacienty s požadovanou diagnózou. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je nejvhodnější komunikovat s psychotickým pacientem.

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of communicating with the psychotic patient. It encompasses information about communication in general, as well as about aspects particular to the health service and communication with the psychotic patient. It also delves into the subject of schizophrenic thought impairment. The practical section in the form of a qualitative survey focuses on patients with this condition. It includes findings made through interviewing ambulance assistance personnel with experience of patients with the pertinent diagnosis. The aim of the study is to find the best way to communicate with the psychotic patient.
