Aplikace fyzioterapeutických přístupů při léčbě výhřezů meziobratlových plotének u kajakářů

Abstract

Tématembakalářské práce je aplikace fyzioterapeutických přístupů při léčbě výhřezů meziobratlových plotének u kajakářů. Tato práce jezpracována formou tří kazuistik sportovců sdiagnózou hernie disku voblasti bederní páteře a je rozdělena dotří částí. Obecnáčástpopisuje anatomiilumbálního sektoru páteře, její kineziologické a biomechanické poznatky. Dále obsahuje i základní informace týkající se výhřezu ploténkya jeho vznikuspolu sdiagnostickýmipostupy. Vmetodologické částijsou popsány jednotlivéterapeuticképostupy, které lze využít při léčbě. Součástíspeciální části jsou tři kineziologické rozbory pacientů-kajakářůavybranéaplikované fyzioterapeutické metody. Na základě vstupních kineziologických rozborů jsou ve speciální části stanoveny individuálníkrátkodobé a dlouhodobé rehabilitační plány, podle kterých jsou vedeny terapie se záměrem zlepšení postury, stereotypu chůze, snížení bolesti a zvýšení rozsahů pohybů. Závěr práce přináší kritické vyhodnocení fyzioterapeutického programu, úvahy ojeho vhodnosti pro aktuální stav pacientů a rovněž ho zvažuje jako prostředek, jehož pomocí lze vbudoucnosti zabránit znovunavrácení obtíží. Dále jsou zde porovnány vstupní a výstupní kineziologické rozbory a efekt terapie. Diskuze obsahuje shrnutí veškerých informací dané problematiky, které jsem získala během studia aabsolvování odborných praxí

This bachelor's work deals with the application of physiotherapy approaches inthe treatment of prolapsed intervertebral discs in kayakers. This work is divided into three chapters and involves the processing of three case studies of kayakers diagnosed with herniated discs in the lumbar spinal cord area. The first chapter describes the anatomy of the lumbar spine itis kinesiology andbiomechanics. Furthermore, it includes basic information regarding disc herniation itis genesis as well as current diagnostic procedures. The second chapter is methodological and describes the various therapeutic procedures which can be used during the treatment process. The third chapter includes three pre-treatment kinesiology analyses of patients/kayakers and the chosen physiotherapy approaches to be used for their treatment. It also includes specific short and long-term rehabilitation therapy plans withthe intention of improving posture, walking stereotype, alleviation of pain andincreasing range of motion. The conclusion critically evaluates each of the selected physiotherapy programs interms of its suitability for the current condition of the patient, as well as the future prospect of preventing possible regression. Pre and post-treatment kinesiology and theeffects of their application are also compared. The final part of my work is asynopsis of all the information I have gathered during my studies and intern practical work.
