Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové prácebyloprovést zhodnocení deseti variant automatických přístrojů pro izolaci nukleových kyselin a na základě této analýzy doporučit optimální variantu knákupudo konkrétní genetické laboratoře. Vpráci bylopoužito metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení, Saatyho matice, metody váženého součtu (WSA)a metody TOPSIS. Pro každý přístroj bylozvoleno sedm kritérií, které vystihují technické, provozní a uživatelské vlastnosti. Panel šesti expertů stanovilváhy jednotlivých parametrů a zhodnotilkaždý přístroj. Ze získaných výsledků analytických metod bylarealizovánaanalýza nákladové efektivity (CEA). Dálebylaprovedena analýza citlivosti a analýza potenciálních rizik včetně návrhů opatření. Zvýsledků multikriteriálního rozhodování a metod WSA a TOPSIS vzešel jako nejefektivnější přístroj MagCore SUPER. Stran nákladové efektivity byl posouzen jako nejoptimálnější MagCore HF16 Plus. Tento přístroj je doporučen knákupu do konkrétní laboratoře.

The subject of the present thesis was to evaluate ten variants of automatic instruments for nucleic acid isolation and based on this analysis, to recommend the purchase of the optimum variant for a concrete genetics laboratory. The thesis employed the methods of multi-criteria analysis, Saaty's matrix, weighted sum model (WSA) and TOPSIS. For each instrument, seven criteria were chosen that cover the technical, operational and user characteristics. A panel of six experts determined the value of the individual parameters and evaluated each instrument. The acquired results of the analytical methods were used to carry out the cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA). A sensitivity analysis as well as an analysis of potential risks were also carried out. The results of the multi-criteria decision-making and the WSA and TOPSIS methods established MagCore SUPER as the most effective instrument whereas MagCore HF16 Plus was determined as the optimum instrument from the cost-effectiveness point of view. This instrument was recommended for acquisition by the concrete laboratory
