Fyzioterapie u dětí s astma bronchiale

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je rehabilitace dětského pacienta sdiagnózou astma bronchiale. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Vteoretické části je popsána anatomie dýchacího systému, onemocnění astma bronchiale, jeho historie, výskyt, klinické projevy, diagnostika, patofyziologie, dědičnost a klasifikace. Dále vadné držení těla a jeho korekce, stereotyp dýchání, plicní rehabilitace, klimatoterapie, respirační handling, dechová gymnastika, míčková facilitace a některé další rehabilitační cviky pro kojence a batolata. Obsahem praktické části je kazuistika pacienta sdiagnózou astma bronchiale, popis cviků a průběh rehabilitace.

Rehabilitation of a child patient with bronchial asthma is the topic of this bachelor thesis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section describes the anatomy of the respiratory system, bronchial asthma, its history, incidence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, pathophysiology, inheritance and classification. Furthermore, incorrect body posture and its correction, the stereotype of breathing, pulmo nary rehabilitation, climatotherapy, respiratory handling, breathing gymnastics, ball facilitation and some other rehabilitation exercises for infants and toddlers are presented herein. The practical section includes a case report of a patient with thediagnosis of bronchial asthma, the description of exercises and the course of rehabilitation.
