Audit systému řízení kvality ve zdravotnických zařízeních

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce na téma ,,Audit systému řízení kvality ve zdravotnických zařízeních? je ověření kvality v Nemocnici na kraji města pomocí interního auditu, posoudit shodu systému řízení kvality v technickém útvaru, který zajišťuje služby z hlediska požadavku zákona číslo 505/1900 Sb. Práci jsme rozdělili do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se budeme věnovat popisu systému managementu kvality ve zdravotnictví. Popíšeme audit, kde zejména zmíníme typy auditů, účel auditů, předmět auditů a jednotlivých fází auditů. Dále se zaměříme na profil auditora a vydávání osvědčení o jeho způsobilosti. V závěru teoretické části se zmíníme o certifikaci. V praktické části se zaměříme na úlohu manažera nemocnice, manažera oddělení a vedoucího auditora, na jejich odpovědnosti a pravomoci při interním auditu. Popíšeme postup interního auditu v technickém útvaru v Nemocnici na kraji města.

The main objektive of the thesis on the topic ,,Audit sof quality management systems in healthcare facilities? the verification of the quality in the Edge City Hospital with assistance of the internal audit and the judgement of the quality conducting system in the technical department ensuring services in accord with the Law Nr. 505/1900 Sb. are the main aims of this dissertation. The paper is divided into two parts, a theoretical one a practical one. The theoretical one is focused on a description of the quality management system in public health. The audit will be described, particularly its various types, purposes, objects and phases. Then we will focuse on an auditor profile and an issuing of the qualification certificates. The practical part is focused on the roles of a hospital manager, a department manager and an audit manager and on their responsibility and power in the internal audit. We will describe the internal audit procedure in the technical department of the Edge City Hospital.
