Analýza nákladů na vybrané onemocnění v ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice karcinomu děložního čípku a nákladům spojeným stímto onemocněním. Karcinom děložního čípku je velmi závažnéonemocnění, postihující ženy na celém světě. Tomuto onemocnění lze ale díky efektivní preventivní péči buďto úplně předejít nebo jej lze alespoň zachytit již ve velmi raném stádiu. Preventivní péče zahrnuje jednak pravidelné gynekologické prohlídky a jednak očkování proti lidským papilomavirům. Vpráci je poukázáno na problémy spojené shodnocením zdravotnických služebz hlediska ekonomického a jsou v ní popsány metody, které se ktomuto hodnocenípoužívají Pomocí jedné ztěchto metod (analýzy účinnosti nákladů) jsou poté porovnánynáklady na prevenci a náklady na léčbu. Díky analýze účinnosti nákladů je vpráci prokázáno, že efektivnost nákladůvynaložených na preventivní péči je mnohonásobně větší nežli efektivnost nákladů vynaložených na léčbu a to zejména, jde- li o léčbu pokročilých stádií karcinomu děložního čípku. Vrámci preventivní péče pak mají větší význam pravidelnégynekologické prohlídky a to jak zhlediska zdravotního, tak zhlediska ekonomického. Očkování proti karcinomu děložního čípku je pouze doplňkem preventivních gynekologických prohlídek.

The Diploma Paper addresses the issue of uterine suppository carcinoma and the costs incurred in the condition treatment. The carcinoma of uterine suppository is a very serious disease afflicting women around the world. Fortunately, the methods of preventive care are efficient enough either to fully avoid the development of the disease or at least to reveal it at its early stage. The preventive care covers for one thing regular gynecological examinations and for another vaccination against human papilloma viruses. The Paper highlights problems related to health-care services as assessed from the economic point of view and describes methods employed to make such assessments. Using one of the methods, namely the analysis of cost effectivity, the Paper continues to compare the cost of prevention with the cost of medical treatment. The analysis presented in the Paper proved the effectivity of costs spent on the preventive care to be many times greater than the cost-effectivity of treatment, particularly where the treatment starts to be administered at the developed stages of uterine suppository carcinoma. As regards the preventive care, the regular gynecologic examinations were found more important, in both their health improvement effectivity and their cost-effectivity. Inoculation against the carcinoma only supports what can be achieved with the preventive examinations.
