Monitoring kouření zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám problematikou kouení cigaret. Práce je zamena zamstnance zdravotnických zaízení konkrétn Oblastní nemocnice Kladno. Pomocí ankety, které se zúastnila více než tvrtina zamstnanc jsem zmapovala situaci a navrhla možná ešení tohoto problému. V práci jsem se též zabývala ekonomickým dopadem kouení na Oblastní nemocnici Kladno

In these thesis I discuss the problem of smoking cigarettes. My thesis is focused upon the emloyees of health institutions, especially the Oblastní Hospital Kladno. Using a survey, where approximately 25% of these emloyees were questioned, I became familiar with the situation and suggested possible solutions of this problem of smoking. In my thesis I also discuss the economic impact of smoking in the Oblastní Hospital Kladno.
