Analýza časových ztrát pro OOSPO v přestupním uzlu Florenc

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je analyzovat časové ztráty osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace v přestupním uzlu Florenc. V teoretické části jsou definovány osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace a popis bezbariérového prostředí. Dále je zde popsána legislativa zabývající se touto problematikou. V praktické části jsou analyzovány rychlosti pohybu skupin chodců na jednotlivých prvcích infrastruktury a na základě této analýzy je v další části práce navržen matematický model pro výpočet doby přesunu osob v rámci přestupu. Dále následuje aplikace matematického modelu na přestupy v přestupním uzlu Florenc, analýza ztrátových dob při přestupu pro jednotlivé skupiny a nakonec ověření modelu na přestupu ve stanici metra Anděl.

The task of this master thesis is to analyse the loss time of persons with reduced mobility and orientation in the interchange station Florenc. The theoretical part defines the person with reduced mobility and orientation and describes accessible environment. In this part of the thesis legislation focused on this issue is also described. The practical part of the thesis analyses the speeds of groups of pedestrians on the particular elements of traffic infrastructure. This analysis can be used as the basis of the mathematical model for the calculation of time of movement during the change to other means of transport. This model is used for the changes in the interchange station Florenc. In addition, there is the analysis of the loss time by the change. At the end of thesis there is a verification of the mathematical model in the station Anděl.
