Praha Holešovice - Bubny

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie rozvoje území Praha-Bubny, vycházející z úvah, formulovaných v předdiplomním projektu. Obsahuje analýzu současného stavu, návrh urbanistického uspořádání a řešení veřejného prostranství na nábřeží, včetně návrhu řešení povrchů, mobiliáře a zeleně. V podrobnosti objemové studie je zpracován návrh objektu magistrátu včetně řešení nejbližšího okolí. V rámci diplomního projektu je zpracována koncepce dopravní a technické infrastruktury řešeného území. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout takové urbanistické řešení, které odstraní z lokality bariéry a vhodným způsobem propojí obě od sebe odtržené části území.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the urban study of the development of Prague-Bubny territory, based on the considerations formulated in the pre-diploma project. It includes an analysis of the current state, the design of the urban layout and the solution of the public space on the embankment, including the design of surfaces, furniture and greenery. In details of volume studies, the design of the municipality building is processed, including the solution of the closest neighborhood. The concept of transport and technical infrastructure of the solved territory is elaborated within the scope of the diploma project. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose such an urban solution that removes the barrier from the site and in an appropriate way connects the two separate parts of the territory.
