Vnitřní zateplení uliční fasády historického domu

Abstract

Předkládaná práce se věnuje využití vnitřního zateplení na historické budově z počátku 20. stol. Práce je rozdělena na několik části. V začátku práce jsou popsány rizika spojená s vnitřním zateplením a některé materiály a systémy používané na vnitřní zateplení. V další části je popsán objekt bytového domu na náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad v Praze a posouzen stávající stav plošných konstrukcí. Další část se zabývá rizikovými místy budovy z pohledu vnitřního zateplení a výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí 3D modelů. Dále je navrženo vnitřní zateplení tohoto objektu ve dvou variantách a posouzen vliv zateplení na tepelnou úsporu a vlhkostní chování ve srovnání s původním stavem. Hlavní cílem práce je zjistit využitelnost vnitřního zateplení na historických bytových domech, u kterých není vzhledem k nutnosti zachování původního vzhledu umožněno zateplení z exteriéru.

Submitted diploma thesis is focused on the internal insulation of the historical building from the beginning of 20th century. The thesis is divided to several parts. First part deals with the risks which are connected with the internal insulation of buildings. In this part are also described some materials and systems used for internal insulation. Next part is focused on the description of the block of flat which is built on the Jiřího z Poděbrad square in Prague. This chapter also included the assessment of current condition of areal structure and hazardous places of chosen building. Results of this assessment was evaluate by using 3D models. In the final part are designed two variations of internal insulation. There are also assessed influences of internal insulation to heat savings and impacts on the humidity in the structure. Main purpose of submitted diploma thesis is to determine usability of the internal insulation in historical block of flats. It is not possible to realize external insulation in these cases, because it is necessary to preserve their original looks.
