Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem na pracovišti. Téma je aktuální, protože stres v práci zažívá čím dál více pracovníků a pro zaměstnavatele má novela zákoníku práce, jejíž účinnost je nyní naplánována na červenec 2017, přinést změny týkající se povinnosti předcházet stresu na pracovišti. Cílem práce je zmapování stresorů ve firmě VVV MOST spol. s r.o. a získání informací, jestli se vyskytují rozdílné streso-ry u vedoucích a ostatních pracovníků a zdali pracovníci pociťují v některé měsíce v roce vyšší míru stresu. Výzkumnými metodami jsou dotazník a strukturovaný rozhovor. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním, fyziologií a teoretickým pojetím stresu. Tato část obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů eustres, distres a coping. Důležitou kapitolou teoretické části je stres na pracovišti a vyskytující se stresory. V praktické části je charakterizována firma, analýza rozhovoru a analýza výstupů z dotazníku. Přínosem práce je návrh eliminace stresu pro uvedený podnik.

This bachelor thesis deals with the stress in the workplace. The topic is up to date since more and more employees experience this phenomenon. Amendment to the Act of the working law will affect employers across the entire country. The planned release of this Amendment is in July 2017. This Amendment should bring changes regarding obligation of stress prevention in the workplace. The primary goal of this thesis is a mapping of stressors in the VVV MOST spol. s.r.o. company, and gathering information regarding different stressors caused to managers and other employees and if these particular workers feel the higher volume of stress in the different period, different months. Used methods in this thesis are the survey and structured interview. Theoretical part deals with defining, physiology and ra-tional definition of stress. This section also contains an explanation of terms such as Eustress, Distress, and Coping. Very important chapter of the Theoretical part is stress in the workplace and appearing Stressors. The company is described in a practical part as well as interview analysis and survey's outputs. The benefit of this thesis is a suggestion of stress elimination for the particular company.
