Zaměstnanecké výhody jako nástroj motivace v logistické společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a odměňováním zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány pojmy motivace, teorie motivace, odměňování a zaměstnanecké benefity. V praktické části je představena společnost TNT Express Worldwide. V této společnosti bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které se zabývá motivací a benefity. Cílem bakalářské práce byl zjistit preference zaměstnanců, jejich potřeby, které vedou k jejich motivaci. Výzkumnou metodu této práce představuje dotazník s následným vyhodnocením a na základě vyhodnocení dotazníku byla navržena možná doporučení.

This bachelor thesis looks into how to motivate and reward employees. The theoretical part of this thesis analyses the concepts of motivation, the theory of motivation, rewards and employee benefits. In the practical part of this thesis, I will introduce the company TNT Express Worldwide, in which a survey was carried out looking into employee motivation and benefits. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out the preferences of the employees and their needs which motivates them. The research part of this thesis is a questionnaire and on the basis of the evaluation of the questionnaire a possible recommendations were suggested.
