Posouzení optimální míry centralizace odvádění a čištění odpadních a srážkových vod v malých obcích

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je identifikace decentralizovaných a centralizovaných systémů pro odvádění a následné čištění odpadních a srážkových vod v malých obcích. Pozornost je také věnována právnímu rámci oboru vodovodů a kanalizací, charakteristikám oboru a možnostem dotační podpory relevantních řešení ze strany státních institucí. V této práci je navržen decentralizovaný a centralizovaný způsob odvádění a čištění odpadních vod pro tři malé obce v České republice a je porovnána jejich výhodnost, resp. proveditelnost z hlediska investičních a provozních nákladů a doby návratnosti konkrétní investice. Podklady pro zpracování práce byly zejména odborné publikace, články nebo prezentace týkající se této tématiky, související účinné právní předpisy, tiskové zprávy nebo metodiky ministerstev a další.

The subject of this thesis is the identification of decentralized and centralized systems for wastewater and storm water drainage and treatment in small municipalities. This thesis contains a description of the legal framework of water supply and sewerage systems, specifics of the market and possibilities of grant support from the public institutions. This thesis contains the design of decentralized and centralized system of drainage and wastewater treatment plants for three small municipalities in the Czech Republic and comparison of the feasibility of various systems in terms of capital and operating expenditures and a payback time of the specific investment. The sources for preparation of the thesis were in particular professional publications, articles or presentations on this topic, related legislation, press releases or methodologies published by ministries.
