Bytový dům "La torre di Milano"

Abstract

Cílem práce je vytvořit projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení podle předložené architektonické studie. Během celé doby vypracovávání je kladen důraz na zachování původního architektonického záměru, jak tvarového tak konstrukčního a tím zůstat u původní myšlenky Ing. Arch. René Dleska. Jedná se o šestnácti podlažní bytový dům ve kterém se nachází sedmdesát bytových jednotek. Tento objekt má dále dvě podzemní podlaží s garážovými stáními pro osobní automobily. Objekt je součástí komplexu tří budov se společným podzemním parkováním. V této práci je řešen objekt A. Objekt je zastřešen plochou zelenou střechou se suchomilnými rostlinami a na pozemku mezi domy je také vysazená zeleň. K příjezdu do podzemních prostor objektu slouží rampa. Objekt je řešen s ohledem na bezbariérovost a funkčnost všech jeho součástí Nosný systém je tvořen železobetonovým skeletem s železobetonovým jádrem a zastropení je pomocí železobetonové stropní desky. Jako výplňové obvodové zdivo jsou použity zdící prvky firmy Porotherm. Tento systém je použit i po vnitřní nenosný systém příček a mezibytových stěn.

The aim of this thesis is to create a project documentation for the planning permit according to the proposed architectonic study. During the whole time of writing this thesis the insistence is being put on maintaining the original architectonic intention of both shape and construction and therefore maintaining the original idea of Ing. Arch. René Dlesk. This is a sixteen-storey apartment building in which it is located seventy residential units. The building also has two underground floors with parking space for cars. The building is part of a complex of three buildings with a common underground parking. In this work dealt with the object A. The building is covered with flat green roof plants with drought and land between the houses is also planted greenery. The ramp serves like arrival in the underground space of the building. The building is designed with regard to wheelchair accessibility and functionality of all its components. The supporting system consists of reinforced concrete skeleton with reinforced concrete core and the roofing is using reinforced concrete floor slabs. As filling the perimeter walls are used masonry elements of the Porotherm company. This system is also used after an internal system of non-bearing partitions and walls between apartments.
